All AlphaGo Off-Road Campers come standard with a full manufacturing warranty.

Fair Usage
Our campers are designed to be capable of off-road terrain that is trafficable to a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

AlphaGo Campers can be exposed to water crossings but never when the water level is above floor level.

The following is NOT covered by our warranty:
Impact or stone damage
Soiling of fabrics
Water damage to to water crossings
Damage to appliances from heavily rutted tracks or heavy impacts
General wear and tear damage
Rust
Wheels and Tyres
Paint
Mould on canvas due to storage when wet
General consumables such as bearings, light fittings, batteries.

Trailers
12 Month limited manufacturer’s warranty from original date of purchase. In addition, we offer a 5 year warranty on suspension and structure of the trailer.

Tent
All our tents come with a 3 year warranty covering canvas components, airbeams, fittings and poles.
Any mould that has formed on canvas is not covered.

3 rd Party Appliances & Components
Items such as fridges, stoves, lighting and batteries are not covered under our warranty but are covered under our suppliers warranty and their warranty procedure. Wherever possible we will assist with warranty claims on your behalf.

Demo and Used Units
From time to time, we may offer items as demo goods – these are sold as is and will include any balance of warranty applicable.
