All AlphaGo Off-Road Campers come standard with a full manufacturing warranty AND OFFER SPARES AND SERVICING COUNTRYWIDE.
Each component of our trailers have a unique product code, these codes are used for the purchase of spares inventory. Inventory and spares are supplied locally by 3 rd party suppliers with an estimated lead time of 2-3 working days or alternatively 4-6 weeks if out of
stock.
AlphaGo and its manufacturing partners keep adequate stock of most needed
spares on hand.

Servicing
Camping trailers are designed to be built tough, and due to this, servicing needs are at a minimum.

We recommend servicing and checking of each trailer every 5,000KM to look for potential wear and tear on tyres, bearings, jockey wheels and any other electrical and mechanical components which may need checking due to
general wear and tear.

Our service centre is situated in Cape Town, with additional authorised repair and service centres in Johannesburg and Durban.
